Comfortable and warm best boots l have purchased
I purchase Ugg slippers as Christmas presents for my daughter and granddaughter. They both love the Ugg brand, not just slippers but boots too.
Got these for my eldest Grandaughter,as a christmas prezzie, I know she’ll love em as she has a pair of boots already and wants some uggs, what more can I say.
The shoes are really great. As there are UGG outlets near us in Belgium and Germany, we expected delivery would be no problem. The shoes were sent from Australia and ended up in German customs for almost 3 weeks. At first it was difficult to get help as customs and Australian Post referred us back to the seller. Customer service from UGG was practically unreachable. Only after weeks were we finally told to check with DHL who finally managed to confirm the goods were in customs and who were able to submit an inquiry on our behalf. We finally got the shoes. Two weeks after the birthday celebration for which they were ordered. -- A faster response from UGG would have been appreciated.

As far as I can tell these slippers look lovely, both warm and comfortable. However as they are for Christmas presents I cannot review them fully as yet.
I bought 2 paitsm. Blue and chocolate brown.i wasn't impressed by the chocolate colour as it looked darker in the picture. Plus ibhad to stitch the edging on the top of the boot as the cotton was not knotted. Thr blue pair was in fact are beautiful. Love the colour. The sizing was little tight. But overall lovely boots.
